Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a “third-wave” psychological therapy which has shown promise in helping people who experience chronic pain. This webinar will cover the following topics:
- What is ACT
- How do psychological therapies fit into the treatment of chronic pain
- How can ACT be used to improve the quality of life and psychosocial functioning of people with chronic pain.
